Advice Needed, Spanish Rare Missprint Or What?

Hi, I am new to this forum.
Today I checked on my Spanish stamp collection I gathered when I was a boy and lived in Madrid around 1967.
I remember I had a strange Caudillo stamp.I pulled three stamps out of my album and made a photo.
I would be very happy if someone could tell me more about the one in the middle. Misprint? Common or rare?
