I stopped getting my USPS Philatelic Catalog. So I called and ordered one and never got another one after that one. I have seen other people on the forum talk about this. Today I called them and I think I got to the bottom of it and will share with the forum what I learned:

If you set up a USPS account number by phone you will get the catalog and continue to receive it so long as you order from the catalog at least once every six months. If you fail to order then no more catalogs. If you order online, they no longer send the catalog. So I assume once I started ordering on line it stopped my other account. So today I set up a second USPS account by phone to go along with my on line account. You can't meet the once-in-six-month order requirement by ordering on line. I guess you can go on line routinely and order the catalog each quarter but it won't come automatically unless you order from the catalog by phone or mail.

Bottom line, I need to order from the catalog every now and then to keep the catalog coming.

Stranger than fiction.
