Given that everything is going up in price, I suppose this is not very surprising, but according to the latest Postal Bulletin the next edition of the Postal Service Guide to US Stamps (39th Edition) will be going on sale in October 2012 at a selling price of $21.95. That's a $2 increase from the edition currently on sale.
I suppose with all of the new stamp listings they have to include, it is a modest price to pay for that additional data and is certainly much lower than a new Scott catalog would cost.
