yes, they asked for a formal request and gave me a bunch of questions to answer. I replied to them quite a while ago, and have not heard back from them. So, I'm not sure what is going on. I should send a follow-up email in 2013.
EDIT: Just shot them an email. Let's see if they get back to me. Might take a day or two, with the time zone different and the New Year upon us.
