Philately And Bad Backs !

....do not go together !

Having wound up all the Sales and auctions last weekend and having got well ahead with the wrapping, I found myself lying on the Floor with a very serious back problem since Sunday !
Sitting became almost unbearable and I tried to give Mr.Lovell a ring for comfort !

Today I saw a very nice 'alternative' Practitioner who killed me with her hands but worked wonders on my back !
Now at least I can sit for a while and there is hope for the coming days.

Philately and Bad Backs do not go together but at least it gave me the opportunity to catch up on reading 20 years of Cinderella Stamp Club journals and marvelling at the wonderful 'Free Gifts' contained therein. Some amazing articles and great Cindys.
I'll write about these when I return from England but I just wanted to say that there are advantages, even in the most painful and awkward situations.

How do others cope when some illness or injury curtails their Philatelic fun ???

Also I want to apologize for the delay in sending out the packets and envelopes from the Sales and Auctions. Most are now in the post. Please let me know when they arrive.

Here are a few pics of the [almost] finished Stamp Packets...it was great fun putting this lot together.....and as I said elsewhere, very theraputic, especially during a time of great pain !
