After WWI Germany lost all its colonies in Africa and Asia.
In Germany were issued a series of mourning labels (cinderellas), with black frames, which reproduced the image of the Kaiser's yacht, similar to the stamps in currency before the war :



This is of Marianen Island, but also exist with Samoa, Marshall, etc.

At the post office of Saipan,used postmark of 1899 with the 99 cut until the 12 of August of 1900 that arrived the daters 00
