can somebody help me to found how many stamps were overprinted with "GUAM" on 1899 under teh U.S. administration?? Quantity varies so much, and the little information that I have found, is not very trustworthy.Thank you at all |

I found the following information for 1899 US.GUAM stamps.
1c. Deep Green = 25.000 issued 3c. Purple = 5.000 " 4c. Lilac Brown = 5.000 " 5c. Blue = 20.000 " 6c. Lake = 5.000 " 8c. Violet Brown = 5.000 " 10c Brown (Type I) = 10.000 " 15c Olive Green = 5.000 " 50c Orange = 4.000 " $1 Black (Type I) = 3.000 "
Special Delivery - 10c. Blue = 5.000 issued |

Marianas,as other islands,are thousands of km from Spain,orders political and military,they were under the command of the Governor,even the last governor was a colonel in the army.and that is why it says "POLITICAL AND MILITARY GOVERNMENT" … .P&M  |
