I would recommend Lighthouse, 100% German quality.

Yes, Blaamand, I would agree, HOWEVER
I am a worldwide collector, and my wallet could not afford that.

My binders need to come in around $5-$6 each

Data:
I have 160 Albums, (Australian A4 size ) each hold 82 Protective sleeves
82 Sleeves = 164 Stamp Pages

My Turkey Collection is 4 albums, that will be when I finish album 4
656 Pages of Turkish Stamps (mostly Steiner)
and I am only up to the Year 2001 Yikes.

Poking out about 10mm from the binder , absolutely useless. (Made in China)

Response from the Merchant today :

"Hi Rod,
I agree with you.
FYI - our merchandising team came back to me with this.

Thank you for passing on this feedback. We are undertaking a range review for binders in the new year and we will consider this feedback in our ranging decisions.
So thank you for taking the time to send through the feedback as it all helps.
Enjoy the rest of your day.
Regards,
Nicole"

Fun thread, but I am envious of folks like Rod222 and Dianne. But maybe I'm more "glad" I'm not in their shoes as I don't know what I would do with all that philatelic stuff. But, let's see. And after totaling, hard to believe how much I actually have. Steve

43 looseleaf and bound binders. The crown jewel is a vintage 1935 Captain Tim Healy - Ivory (soap) Stamp Club album; no longer in active use due to being fragile; from my now deceased father. Some of those binders are old and battered Big Blue Internationals, from collections I've bought over the years, that I'm slowly either assimilating into my main Big Blue collections, or sorting out for future Rocky Mountain Philatelic Library large lot auctions.

8-10 (estimate as I have not counted) stockbooks of all kinds, some of them empty.

Catalogs: 11 Scott; 7 specialist (4 Mexico including current Follansbee catalog; 2 Port. colonies; 1 Poland)

15 empty binders, bound albums, stockbooks, all bought at the RMPL large lot auction in Oct., 2016 and will be put to use housing duplicates, pages to be added to my Big Blue International main collection, etc.

35-40 manila folders holding all sorts of material, from recently purchased collections to folders of unassimilated Portuguese colonial material.

Miscellaneous: at least a dozen boxes holding stuff of all kinds, from two small banker boxes to several cigar boxes. Another 25 or so envelopes holding stamps; from #10 size to #6 size. At least 200, probably more, miscellaneous publications: old auction catalogs, APS & APRL magazines, specialist journals (ISPP - Portuguese area; MEPSI - Mexico; Polonus - Poland; BNAPS); dozen or so retained Linn's Stamp News, etc.

I don't want to say because nobody is going to believe it . But it is not as large as the inventory that Superior Stamps of New York City has all in binders displayed on shleves .
Another area no one has mention is dealer red boxes full of 102 cards and got a few of those ,but not as many as A&D Stamps of California ,I believe they got 324 boxes with 220 that they take to shows .
But not too concern because I got another 10 or 15 years to build a decent collection/inventory .

Gee Floortrader,

I wish I had 10 or 15 years. I'll be lucky to finish my KGVI.

Floortrader has shown his stuff on other threads. I think he's likely the overall champion.

Just a caveat here, in truth, I have reasonable collections of Turkey, Romania and Australia, passable Travancore.

The rest are most probably the same as yourself, it is just the fact I have stored the stamps on Steiner pages, rather than have them in envelopes or glassines.
Whilst it may sound impressive, a lot of my stamps are the commons of all countries
Most specialist collectors would pass them on.

Apart from the aforementioned, I would have "quantity" rather than "quality"

PS: I'd like to see a scan of your "Ivory Soap" Album.....

Same here. I've got some nicer stamps in my German-area collection, which I'm most serious about, but most of the rest wouldn't even get a second glance by specialists in those areas. There are at least a few binders where I couldn't even guarantee that the stamps in them were worth more than the binders themselves.

"Binders" to my mind, includes Hard Covers with Rings, that hold pages / sleeves
for stamp Album pages.

For my tiny collections (Thrace etc) I use those Plastic School multi ring thingies,
that hold about 40 album pages. (about $2 at stationers)
I call that a binder, in the loose sense.

It's the very first time that I count my albums. So far, I've got:

.- 24 Stockbooks of many sizes and ages, holding fiscals, cinderellas, perforated stamps...
.- 35 Albums, new an old (5 old big Y&T),holding "proper collections", lately housed in Steiner pages and whatever 2 or 4 rings DIN A4 binders (I'm in W. Europe) I can find cheap (or free!)
.- 25 Shoe boxes with covers for special pm or Postal History
