I picked up a nice lot of Washington stamps and came across a couple I need some help with. The first one is a 1c Canada stamp that must have accidentally got throw into the bunch. Can anyone ID this with the correct Scott#? I'm guessing #35? It has such intense yellow ink it is difficult to see.
