Let me get this straight...
The USPS has been in the media of late complaining about the lower volume of mail that is part of their financial dilemma, then when an influx of mail hits one metropolitan area they still can't respond to it ... even after days or weeks of overtime by extra staff.
I suspect UPS or FedEx could probably have done a better job.
