Polonus Philatelic Society - "POLPEX"

I have had these lying around in a shoebox for quite some time noe and really don't have much of an idea on what they are? I know from a little research that they are a group out of Chicago that specializes in Polish Philately. These look like decals (lick `em and stick `em type) and some sort of pamphlet all packeged together in a celophane protector. I have not yet separated it and looked it over. That "blemish" looking stripe up the left side of the pamphlet back is just the cellophane wrapper and the contents are not damaged in any way.

My question is if anyone here is a member, or even know of this group?
Was their stamps that came with these? I think it's kind of neat. OK. here are the images for you too see.-
