Bought a Scott Vol One on ebay. Was advertised as Vol One with 4,500 stamps. Which it is. But around 1,000 or so of the 4,500 stamps are post 1940 stamps mounted on page inserts. Another few hundred are blocks of four. Which are of little interest to me. Am I right in feeling cheated? Seller will take it back, but I pay shipping both ways. What does the board think?
