Photo Proof- Thematic Exhibit Doubt

Dear friends ,
Yesterday I received a photographic proof of an elephant stamp displayed here, how can we ensure its an original one. Is it allowed on exhibits.
This stamp is congo issue 1965, SG 63.
The denomination on proof is 85F and the issued denomination is 20F.
Can any one please provide any details about this material.
Is it accepted among philatelists ?
