Insuring Mail : Canada To Australia

I wish to buy a stamp from Canada for $1,500

Any Canadians aware of what is available to me
to insure delivery ?
The Canadian Post link is a bit clunky, but from what I can
see, Insured rate for international is limited to $100
or close to it.
International priority (3 days) is around $93
Express around $60

Are there any avenues for risk insurance to me?
Anyone dealt with this before?
