hello

i always seem to find strange and different stamps.
the second word should be spelled with an e and not a c.
is this a recorded error?
does it have any value.
i do not had a specialized scotts for great britain.

I'm not the one for foreign stamps but it looks like an overprint to me.

You're right........it should be an E. I'd check it with a 20x magnifier. It looks more like a worn plate rather than an error.


MK......you are also right.....translates as.....Provisional Government of Ireland 1922.
