Actually, to get off topic a bit, I get very few postcdards from Canada via Postcrossing. And the few I DO get, rarely have actual stamps!

If you're using the Google Chrome browser, right-click on the stamp image and select "Search Google with this Image" You can find more information that way.

I've only found 2 other examples on the internet like yours (no syncopated perfs), and both also appear on postcards mailed this year.

It's either a recently issued souvenir sheet, a prize souvenir sheet for postcard buyers, or a fake (!?). The postcard/prize souvenir sheets that I have seen all have syncopated perfs (except for the label stamp). I'm thinking yours is a very recent postcard/prize souvenir sheet -- as I mentioned, it looks like it is self-adhesive.

Could you look at the teeth under a magnifier -- are they torn perfs or die-cuts? Thanks!

Your version looks to have come from the top LHS of this 2011 Lottery calendar self-adhesive minisheet:
