Hello everybody, I am brand new in here. My first Question. I have just bought a new Stanley Gibbons 1012 Australian stamp catalogue. The first stamp I checked had the following valuation. 15. and 15. which I take as 15 British pence Re-entry 14.00 I have looked everywhere and can not find what what re-entry means.
