I am posting this stamp in more detail. It very likely, however, is probably not a stamp. The notation 'PC (infinity sign) CP' appears under 1918 'Russian Soviet Federated Socialist Republic' entries in Scotts, Cat no's 194 and 195. I tried to track down the denomination (Crylic char followed by 'BA') but can't find it, although I recall having come across it a while back. It is most likely not a postal stamp, since it is two-sided. Asked a dealer about it and was told it was 'non-postal.' Any ideas?

BTW Detail image enlarged with Stamp Image Bursting Application.

The value is "dva rublya" or two roubles. I guess it's a two rouble bank note from the inflation period.

In the 8th Edition "Pick" world currency catalog, it's Russia #82 (1919), catalog value 25 cents to $1 depending on condition. Similar one, three, and five ruble "currency notes" exist, all more or less worthless.

I would say that it is a revenue of some sort but not sure for what?

Anything has a value, albeit small but, it is certainly a collectible item.
