Please help as I am new to this. I have a roll of american flag stamps I saved from 1976 (White House in background). Due to a color run there are 4 long red stripes and 3 short stripes instead of the 3 long red and 4 short. Can anyone tell me if this is important to collectors? I can upload an image if necessary.
