Have read in wiki that the Roosevelt stamp was issued in 1925 and the Wahington in 1934.They are on an envelope postmarked 1934.Is the Roosevelt stamp a 1925 and used in 1934. Any other info on the print on the cover, Air mail in USA will be appreciated.Thanks.
