A really short response to this email. This material is primitive junk prepared by who knows who in order to capture some of the large amounts of money that was being thrown at anything Ukrainian after the aftermath of Ukraine's independence. This particular lot could have been prepared, printed and distributed in New York, or Bali or Zimbabwe or by my neighbour. Totally worthless unless you want to catalogue everything that appeared during this period.
