Following are three Turkish stamps. Can anybody shed any light on these? I believe all to be identical. What do you believe the Scott No. to be? To me, they look like Scott No. 28's, since they appear to be pin-perf's. I measured the perforations (or at least tried to, and they are, as you'll see from the backside, quite irregular, both in distance between the holes and the straightness of the holes. The separations are also quite irregular.)
Are they new or used? They appear new to me but I certainly can be wrong. There is no gum on the back.

Any ideas about the pinholes or about the irregularity of the separations?
Anything else that strikes you?

Here they are:

No. 1 Front

No. 1 Back

No. 2 Front

No. 2 Back

No. 3 Front

No.3 Back

Thanks

Check the postage due section for the stamps with printed borders. You're looking for the 5pi value. I don't have a catalogue right next to me at the moment, so I can't give you an exact number.
