As we probably all know, you can get US custom stamps made with your own image on sites like zazzle.com. This creates a valid US Postage stamp, but, IMHO, the stamp is not very collectible, since there is a possibility of thousands if not millions of varieties of these things.
Well, in 2007 Ukraine did things differently. They issued vanity postage, but the custom photo was printed on a LABEL attached to the stamp. Collectors and customers could buy the stamp with the blank label attached (the label had the ukrposhta logo with a white background, making life easier for the collectors, IMHO.
