I'm keeping my collection in those Lighthouse Vario pages in 3-ring binders. When I buy a stamp that comes hinged and I want to put it in my pages instead, should I pull the stamp off the page with the hinge intact, try to remove the hinge from the stamp dry, soak it off, or what? The one in question at the moment is from St Thomas, 1977, but it comes up a lot.
