As of 2006, they are now part of the Artcraft Company of North Attleborough, Massachusetts (not to be confused with the Artcraft cacheted envelopes, which are not affiliated with this firm), as per this news release:

I just picked one of these up at a show for $4.00. That ebay link is STILL UP as of this moment ( http://www.ebay.com/itm/1949-APS-CO...em27c9d70a0f ) It would be nice to know more about it.
