Know the stamp issued in 1898 - 1899, but unable to trace the surcharge/ overprint 2 ct in this particular stamp and perfin of HEO. The perfins too look a little odd with extra holes at top in between alphabets. Feed backs,inputs and opinions definitely appreciated. Thanks.
