I guess this a case study condition question - I have my ideas but would like to hear from others.

The stamp is Iceland airmail C1 (1930) - one of my favorite air mails. The scan may not show it well but the stamp on the right has gum, the stamp on the left does not.

What would you describe the condition?

Scott 2007 Unused is $22.50 and Used is $67.50.
