Kaarlo Juho Ståhlberg (1865-1952) was a Finnish jurist and academic who played a central role in the drafting of the Constitution of Finland in 1919, and also served as the country's first president (1919–1925). Léonce Lagarde, comte de Rouffeyroux, (1860-1936) was a French colonial governor of French Somaliland and an ambassador.
