It is a total fake or just a fake reproduction? What I mean was this ever a stamp design?

this stamp does appear under romania-moldavia.
i just have bee told it was a fake.
do these have any value even if a fake?

Some people collect fakes - and will pay well for them. You just have to be careful trying to sell it. Make sure you label it as such.

Many, dare I say most, fakes or Forgeries are worth more than their postally valid counterparts.
But this one I have no info on at all.
Interesting specimen though.

it list for $5000. last time I checked it out.

laswabbie is right. I can not remember the gentleman right off hand but he created almost flawless inverted 1901 Pan American Expo issues. These today even bring high premiums. Every once in awhile I see these at auction. Does anyone remember him?
