I am interested in jump starting my collection in a few countries that I have almost nothing from. I have read several times the advice to buy the largest country packet you can afford - but not much info on decent sources or what to expect in terms of quality.

I've been looking specifically at RG Simpson wholesale pricelists. The prices look more reasonable than others, though they apparently have a $100 minimum purchase. Do they sell to individuals or only dealers? I was hoping to get some feedback from others before I spend that.

Do you have a favorite source for country packets? Would I better off with kiloware or mixtures than these?
