Hello everyone..I know this might be the wrong place to ask for help on this but I figured you guys really might be the best to ask here for help on this..This is not on a stamp but rather a spoon my friend has asked me about..can anyone please ID this coat of arms? Its worn on left side but top right has 2 Lions there ( I think they are Lions)and I think there might be a crown perhaps above the Lions or whatever those are there...
Does anyone know appox what year this particular coat of arms is or from whom or both perhaps? Here she is and I really do appreciate any help or info you can give, even if its a tidbit of something that might help in aiding in the research

Few more pics~ In trying to ready under this it appears to read as follows~
HIS M2V or HIS MLV
What do you think it says??

Thanks to the image optimizer I see it indeed reads M2V and I researched this which relates to 1619

Here's what I found on M2V~ Arabic numerals to Pythagoras (Notae numerales, quas. Pythagorici .... without the 1619 date on M2v (which is blank) but with a Privilege du Roy, .... 1623 Italian edition does offer a few additional examples and a few ..... the Greeks and Romans—the origins of many of our own modern .... readily stands on its own. The first ...

Maybe the year 1619 will help alot in indentifying the this coat of arms now?
