Not sure this was a success.
Found a Cyprus SC#75 in terrible shape, badly stained and yellowed, so I thought I'd try bleaching it to see what happened.
Used No-name beach (4% sodium hypochorite) and diluted it 1:20 so I thought it wouldn't be too strong.
After just 30 minutes the big stain (coffee? grease?) was much fainter and the yellowed paper much brighter.

I don't know. The paper is unnaturally white, and the big stain, while fainter, is still there.
Didn't have any hydrogen peroxide. Thought we did, but the wife did a clean out recently, and I think it went.
What do you all think? Don't think I'll be trying this on any more valuable stamps anytime soon.
