I came across these stamps from the Philippines I think. I am still waiting on my library to have the Scotts Foreign catalog in stock. Does anyone have any info in these? They are in real good shape for some reason but appear old? Thanks

These are referred to as part of "Key Types" of common design,
these in particular are the "Baby" Key types.

This common design, amongst others, are found in the Cuban catalogue,
Puerto Rico, Spain, Philippines, the rest I cannot recall :)

Above the DE of 2c de peso, under the bust
you should see "JULIA" the engravers name.
