Heligoland Possible Wrapper Plus Stamps

I know these stamp issues were reprinted as well as forged to an extent the odds are higher having fakes . None the less I wanted to post these for some werification - Note both left side 2's on the 2 schilling are messed up for lack of a better term. I know there are post about these on SCF but also am very curious about the wrapper or card pc . Paper is thin which makes me think this was from some type of wrapper at a rate of 3 farthing 5 pfening.
Appreciate any all opinions.

Not sure what attracts me to these- one of the shortest issues to collect but postally used would be abother story. Interesting read that although the majority are reprints they were actually commisioned by the Gov't although remainders were sold off by tender .
