You can't watermark the stamp with a big hinge remnant on the back. Soak it and press it, cool water, then watermark.

Ok Thanks, I will give it another shot. I thought that hinge remnant was in the way.

I soaked it and the HR came right off. I dipped it again and searched the stamp, could not make out either watermark style. I read some more about these and the absence of visible watermark does not automatically mean its counterfeit. I need an expert opinion I guess.
