I putter around with a collection of UPU presentation booklets (things that are handed out as souvenirs by postal administrations at UPU Congresses and other similar postal meetings). I have some old valuable Canadian booklets, and every now and then I'll snoop on
ebay to see if there's something inexpensive to add to the collection.
At a recent real-world auction, I won with my bid on a collection of about 25 of these things. I opened the package and looked through the booklets, and YIKES - Dutch presentation books in those horrible old "magic" photo album things!
I've only picked one of the blocks off the page so far, and I was able to get it off without damaging anything any further. They're not actually all that damaged, but who knows what lurks in the other pages.
