Need help to determine scott # of this stamp. I use a scott standard 2008 and have not been able to find this stamp. Year 1876 based on writings inside the document. Thanks.
Thank you for the info of 03, but need to know what catergory I refer to in the scoot. Is it under Italy category or Italian states. I am using a scott standard 2008 and am only able to find 01 under the catergory of Italian states.Thanks.
