Guess it is a 1923 post card based on the date written on the reverse side of post card.It is a 9 Ps post card. Inputs and feed backs appreciated. Thanks.

Must be 1953, as that postcard design wasn't issued until 1949. Still a very nice item for the Postage Due collector, surely US $5.

I think that the 9p stamp was also issued in 1949 - Scott #209

It has to be after 1949. 9p (paise) Trimurti Stamp is one of the first Definitive Issue which was Issued on 15th Aug. 1949
So Post card has to be During of after that date. Not in 1923.
Also during 40's not not many "Made in USA" products were popular in market Except Chavelette Car and Buses. Rest were either made in England,Germany etc.
