Stamp Services and Corporate Licensing — Stamp Services and Corporate Licensing have been combined to leverage and drive opportunities for growth of stamps as the Postal Service's most visible brand. Susan McGowan, currently senior manager of Public Relations and Promotions, will serve as director, Stamp Services and Corporate Licensing.
