As per scott it is an Italian A15., but notice the color in scott and in the net they are all dark blue colors and not close to this light blue. Were these stamp issued in this color too. Inputs appreciated. Thanks.

Your stamp is Scott #35, a faded copy with foxing, which Scott merely calls "blue".

I know nothing about the stamp, but it's an atractive cover.
I like old handwriting and I have collected a few hunderd old Italian pre stamp covers ONLY because I like the scripts.
