Much better, that realy looks nice. A little more space between the sheild and the top of the page is needed to match the bottom margin

I printed it out and I really can't see the celtic knots in the corner, so I am going to tinker with another idea.

Margins are good. Design is good. Lettering is good. I am not sure about the corners until I see one printed out.
Also design 3 printed out to compare the two.
