Sardinian newspaper stamp.

In the 2011 Scott catalog under Italian States:

Just for the record, "giornali" is newspaper in Italian.

Also, this is a rather interesting stamp to ID. One year later, the stamp was issued using buff ink -- that stamp can be found as Italy #P1.

I always come across Italian States stuff withe the bright colored papers but always shy away thinking they would be a forgers dream.

Re the price; same in 2008 Scotts. Interesting, but not surprising, I guess, that it hasn't changed.
