These are available for free, although I would appreciate it if postage could be refunded. They shouldn't cost much to mail, as most are able to be shipped by media mail. Modern commemoratives will be used. 1. 1999 Scott FDC catalog- in decent condition. Picked up for free, but I have never used it and have new (useful and/ or interesting( books to take up its space.  |
