The closest I can figure is Serbia-from the "nowa" in the top left corner. On my identifier list, it's actually "nowta", but like I said, closest I can figure.
Thanks doug. I had a pile of 6 or 7 of those trying to find a home. It really stinks that my library doesn't have any Scotts or any philately material for that matter. I more or less have to go with the identifier in the back of my Mystic catalog. Thanks again.
