The bottom stamp is French Morocco, 1914. Only SG number at present SG54. I piastre on I franc Red and Green.

The middle stamp is a Revenue, possibly Iran although I cannot tell from the scan.

I believe the first is a customs revenue stamp (Iran)

Top stamp looks like a Persia [Iran] issue of 1907 [2 krans green] showing Shah Mohammed Ali Mirza but overprinted for revenue [other] use.
