Wonder if this is a postmark or some o/p. Have tried looking for this postmark in the net but unable to find.Year reads as 1 Jul 909.Is it that the 1 before the 909 did not make the mark on the stamp or was the year stamped such during then. Inputs and feed backs appreciated. Thanks.
