It's actually a pretty good re-entry in my opinion. Signs are visible in all letters of Canada, In the C and N of cents and, on all 4 fives. Can't find a match for this one on re-entries.com. You should email it.
My initial assessment: looks like position 68, plate state 4a, as indicated by the 2 dots on the C of cents, and plate flaws 21 (light line crossing the N and 2nd A of Canada. (From Whithworth "the 5c Beaver stamp of Canada - Royal Philathelic Society, London, 1985.
