As some of you know I primarily collect in Stockbooks and I've got a lot of stamps to sort through and put in them. I've just got 3 empty 60 page ones and I know thats not enough. Anyone know where I can get whatever brand stockbooks that are cheaper and of good quality? Used or brand new it doesn't really matter as long as they are in good condition.

Katchem, I see you are in Mississauga. If you ever get into Toronto there is a small hole in the wall dealer just south of Bloor St. by about a block and a half on Yonge, on the west side. The sign on his door says 'Coin Market' but he deals in both coins and stamps.
I buy my mounts there when I'm in the neighbourhood because he sells then really cheap. I was in there the other day and noticed a shelf full of dusty stock books. Don't know what he sells them for, but if his mounts are any indication... On the other hand he sells his stamps at catalogue prices, so you never know. Very nice fellow, but a tad eccentric.
Now don't go telling everyone, 'cause this is my little secret spot.
So it's just between you and me, ok?

I like holes in walls! I'm in the same boat - I've given away 5-6 stockbooks to grandkids/ nieces/nephews but could use an extra dozen or so myself. I really want all black but that would cost a fortune to switch everything. I'm hoping to be able to hit an auction in London in April where there is always floor lots and maybe get a deal. Problem is always shipping even if you find a great deal online.
