Here is an old postcard from Bavaia that was sent short paid because there is a postage due marking with a boxed "T" and 1 1/2 P marking with either the initials F.P. or. F.R. or maybe an F.B.??

Does anyone in here know what these initails are & what they meant??

Foreign Branch. The guys who had a million postal rates memorized, and took a long lunch every time they found a pfennig, centime, or kopeck short.
