I imagine for privacy reasons we can not get direct info but if the newspaper can be a go between it will not only help him but they will have a great follow up story. Theres a couple possible AU dealers that may be behind sending him some replacements so thats another possible outreach option but I don't talk/deal with any - maybe a couple of our AU friends can poke around to see who that is. I know they want to remain nameless but may be willing to pass on details.
